hey I bought the app "swiftkey' ,I recently had to reset my HTC and now I have to pay to download the app.. I'd like to reinstal. it without paying what should I do? thanks for the help

If you bought it via google play then it will still be available when you log in to your account. If not you can email the developers with the issue, normally they're helpful and will resolve your issue.
