How to get back lost notifications on your Android phone or tablet

Hey Guys!

Here is a way to get back lost notifications on your Android smartphone or tablet.

****This only works on Android 4.3 and later.****

  • Open up the App Drawer
  • To go Widgets
  • Swipe to Shortcut to Settings, which is a widget that looks like your settings icon.
  • Drag this to the home screen and place it anywhere you like.
  • Some options will appear, select notifications.
  • An icon is then created on your home screen. Click on it to have access to your notifications history.
  • This provides all the notifications that you have received, even the cleared ones. When tapping on one, this will launch the individual app.
