I have a huawei ascend y210 that I bought in january it is now april, lately I am not able to turn on my wifi, it always says turning on then it says error after the error my whole phone completely freezes and shuts down what can I do. I have tried to factory reset it but unlike last time I am unable to locate my factory reset don't get me wrong I have looked but can't find it last time it was there now I can't find it, any way back to my problem does anyone know what is happening to my phone or should I give up?
