Google Nexus 5 — Caller name not found

I obtained brand new nexus 5 and having problem, when somebody calls me, name and number shows up, however when I try call list, there is only number.
I swapped phones, and Its taking care of my older LG android.

Well that is weird I will say try factory resetting it, as you said that your nexus is new so I would say you don't have that much data to be worried of backup your data and do a complete factory reset, and then try calling. :rolleyes:
