Hello, Whilst on a 2 week holiday I received a software update to 4.4.2 KitKat, I kept postponing as I noted it can make certain changes subject to the country you are in. However after my phone had been off for a while, I turned it on and it had updated. I am noticing some small changes on my phone including the contact page where it talks about zip codes and states and districts.... not towns, postcodes etc.. I also have Amazon Apps that I don't want and I am not sure what else has changed as yet but would really like to get it back to normal. I rang EE and they advised a factory reset, I have run a back upon Samsung Kies for my calendar, photo's etc but want to check what is the best thing to do?
