I am working on an application in which i have a broadcast receiver and it detects newly installed apps however the onReceive() is not called on low end phones but it is called on high end phones..........any reason??..............also it works if the application activity which has the receiver is on the foreground and new apps are installed.........but same doesent work on background.............is there a resource which can help me understand the whole concept better ???
