Looking for a Google Play account

Hi guys,

Im a developer and Im looking for an account already created.

This account must be:
- older than one year
- from the United States of America
- has never had suspended applications
- all active applications will be disabled

If someone has an account that meets these conditions that is no longer useful to him and wants to sell it please leave me a pm.
