Samsung Galaxy S3 — How to install custom rom on rooted SIII I 9300

Hi,

I have rooted my SIII -9300 with cyanogenmod. Now my Android version is Kitkat 4.4.2.. my earlier version was 4.3
Baseband version:
(I9300DDUGNB1)
Kernel version:
3.0.64-CM-g992f0e8
build04@cyanogenmod#1
cyanogenmod version
11.0-installerXNPQ08Q

the theme is of Nexus 4/5.

I want to go back to touchwiz kitkat version ...or how can i install custom rom

I may be wrong in describing.
