Samsung Galaxy S5 — Problem with new SIM 4G card

Good day
I need some help with my Galaxy S5. recently i bought a new sim card from voda phone to use the 4G features, etc.
However i can not seem to update my phone number to the new one come with the sim card. also i can't change/select mobile network state or detectect service state. etc. It make me feel like i used a stolen phone some how.

Any suggestion ? please let me know.
