Huawei Ascend P6 — My Huawei Ascend p6 cannot make voice calla

I have used the phone for slightly over 5 months now. At first it worked perfectly well but for the last one month I am not able to make calls. I consulted the agent within my location and the technician tried a number of things amongsth which was resetting the factory settings but to no good. I can access internet, I can recieve calls and messages but i cant make calls. I need some advice coz i like my phone very much

I'm not sure, try using an alternative dialer app like ExDialer: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.modoohut.dialer

If that doesn't work, do a factory reset, one way to do that is:

– Hold down Vol+ and Vol-
– Press Power button and hold.
– When the menu appears, use the Volume keys to navigate to wipe data/ factory reset and then press the Power button to confirm.

And remember to back up all of your important data before attempting a factory reset!!

Hallo Scot. thanks for the advice, however I tried out both options, I first downloaded the ExDialer and the problem persists. I then restored the factory settings as you told me but this has not also helped.
