android version is 4.3 everything is fine but when i lock the phone and again press the power key its screen didn't turn on,
back button's light is on...and it is also charging...
when i restart the phone everything is alright untill i press the power key to lock the phone.

Go to recovery and clear cache then factory reset / wipe data
this will remove any conflict
you can backup your data by Helium app

i tried reset but its not working...
