Samsung Galaxy S3 — my samsung galaxy s3 is being a jerk. please help.

so i did nothing to my phone. didnt drop it or get it wet or anything. i unlocked the screen and went to make a call and it went bonkers. first it telle me i dont have enough storage space then it tells me my sd card is damaged but i did nothing to damage it. idk what to do my phone keeps going very slow or just freezing,. tried doing a factory reset but it will not leet me. im at a total loss here some awesome IT guy please please help me.

this is a software bug
try emergency firmware recovery from kies or re-flash the firmware with odin.
