Hi,
My phone is a International Galaxy 3G S3 on 4.3. It is not LTE. It was on o2, but now unlocked. It shows o2 logo when it starts up, so I would take it it still has some carrier branding. Not sure whether to proceed with your tutorial on rooting, because it is for the 4G LTE International S3.
