Hi Rachel, welcome to AndroidPIT!

How did you become interested in Android? Do you work in IT, did you just switch over from iOS or do you just love your geeky toys?

We have a bunch of cool stuff on the site about customizing Android, for example:

Customize your Nexus 5 (works for any phone though!)

Replace your boot animation
And replace boot animation in recovery
