Seen O2 are now stocking the Pebble, although I would rather go for a 360 anyday...

I completely agree android wearable has touch screens and voice commands functionality. It has full color display screen as well.

In my opinion Android wear devices are far better than Pebble watch. In terms of both Style and features Android wear is best. Among these Android wear Moto 360 looks stylish to me and If you want to consider about features then I suggest you upcoming Modular smart watch. It is going to be the best one.
