Samsung Galaxy S2 — Cant back up data Screen frozen at start

Hi I keep getting a frozen screen at start up and now its gone again. Tried all the battery removal etc. which helped for a short while but it keeps going again then freezes again. I got the reboot screen but cant perform a factory reset because I cant back up my data because I cant get into the phone! I have an SD card in but as I say I cant back anything up! Phone works well otherwise. Any suggestions please? Many thanks.(silly)

You can use a third party app to backup your samsung galaxy data to computer as long as it could detect your phone data, no matter your phone screen is frozen or something else http://www.android-file-manager.com/
