Hello please am unable to install application on my infinix zero phone. i have been installing applications on it before. recently i notice that am unable to install application again.

Well, @Ola are you finding difficulties in installing every app you try to install or the problem is experienced with specific app ?
Have you checked your device memory stats do you have space available for downloading and installing apps? 
Anyway you can always try clearing the cache and the data stored by the Google PlayStore app by heading over to settings>app manager.
