Is it possible to create my own notification sounds for my phone?

Well, haven't tried doing that but I am sure that can be done what you are going to need is a mic and some music instruments ! :D I prefer you to get a guitar ;) anyway if, that's not possible for you then you can try searching over the Google PlayStore for "music creator", "notification creator" apps. Once you create the one you like you can always save it over your device and can set it as notificaion (lightbulb).

Yes, check out megasound. It lets you customize notification sounds for each app.
