Is it ethic to call your game "classic" or "legendary" in Play Store?

Hi All!

Every time surfing Play Store, I find a bunch of really strange games called to be "modern classic", "well known" or even "legendary". However, in fact they are sufficiently average projects.
Examples at Play Store:
Chips&Clicks
Angry Birds Transformers
Temple Run
Etc.
So my question is the following:
Do developers have moral right to call their second-rate games in such way for better promotion?

If the game is a modern clone of a classic its a "modern classic" :D
If it has > 1 000 000 downloads it's pretty well known.

Regarding "legendary" well it's probably based on a legend :D

But seriously if a game has 100s of millions of downloads it could be already called legendary, imho.
Angry Birds for example.
