My Galaxy 3 (an unlocked T-Mobile phone ) was not charging properly, so I performed a factory reset on it. I tried turning it on numerous times, but it freezes when it gets to the Samsung screen.
The device is an unlocked T-Mobile phone.
I went to my current service provider, AT&T, and they said that because this is an unlocked T-Mobile phone there is nothing they could do.
What should I do?
