Google Nexus 5 — turning off lollipop feature

So since lollipop I can only swipe one way to unlock my phone instead of any direction.

How can I turn off the swipe to call and swipe to camera on my lock screen so I can do this again? Swiping in only one direction is annoying.

I think you will have to live with that. Or you Root your phone. And then ask in xdas. Maybe someone knows the answer.
Or you install yourself another lockscreen.
