So there will be 2 versions of HTC Desire 820.
One with a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 and one with 64-bit MT6752.
Which one is better and why?

Mediatek chips are generally better in ram management and battery efficiency while Snapdragon chips tend to be better in signal management (video/audio processing, location processing, and so on). Qualcomm tend to be viewed as better performing while Mediatek are cheaper, though MT chip drivers are being updated across the board for KitKat/Lollipop compliance in a push to catch up with Qualcomm. In reality there's no 'better', just different; the chip is only 20% of the package to be fair so while benchmarks may 'prove' that one set is faster, normal usability won't vary between them.

I haven't found any information about 820s but I know that usually phones based on MTK are dual sim.
Is 820s dual sim as well?
Judging by its popularity in China it should be.
