I've done some factory reset on my Galaxy Tab3 then after the reset, my device storage or build in capacity is 16GB, then after the reset it just had 12GB how and what did happen where is the 4GB been to? can anyone answer me pls, when I link my device to other it show only 12GB but if i check on it setting 16GB psl i need answer
