what is VPN？for views the foreign website?

In China, only use VPN can work with foreign webiste??
like google, facebook, twitter and so on??
what reason for this?
and which VPN is best???

Well, @Leo are you trying to use VPN over your Android device ? (thinking) You can try using "ShellFire VPN" available over the PlayStore, it's pretty much decent VPN service having simplified controls. See if that solves your search :)

That's right, China has implemented strong restriction over content, media, videos like that. you cannot access youtube, facebook, twitter and so on.. From the government of china task to restricted every website which can have any potential to danger to the government.
but you can still use whatever you want but without strong VPN you can not. i would highly recommend you to go with PureVPN which is really powerful tool to access and website & it will evade all of your geographical restriction.

Well, I am not sure if it this works in china, but when I want a really quick way to overcome restrictions of this kind I simply use webproxies. Something like http://webproxy.to/ . But as said, maybe not good enough for china.
