my email exchange services has quit all of a sudden how do I fix this problem?

Well, did you tried restarting the email client? It should have start working back again, try checking it and see if it quits again ?
If you encounter the same again then you can try clearing the cache and the data stored by the email client application by heading over to the application manager.
