my acer iconia A500 is stuck on the acer boot logo and wont do factory reset or hard reset is there an app on here that will factory reset my tablet?i heard there was a such app but cant find it and dont want to root or flash becouse i dont know how can anyone help me or have any answers thanks in advance.
