How to pro-grammatically disable the missed call notification for particular number?

I am developing an application related to inomingcall security, In this user choose particular number from contacts to give security, if the user get the call from this selected security number, it was a missed call, then this number do not show in missed call notification.

For this i am using receiver to tracking the calls, when the user get the call from this number, after ending the call i am deleting the number from the call log, the number do not display in calllog, but it shows missed call noitfication. when click the notification there is no number in calllog.

I am searching in Internet and do not get any solution,
so, please give me an idea how can i do that?
