Aloha My play store app has failed. Does not recognize my device. Claims no connection even when online. Will not let me update Google play store. After all the usual attempts to fix it Google says factory reset. Is there another way to get the app to work. Really do not want to do reset and lose everything to start again. Samsung galaxy note sghi717. Have had trouble with this device since purchased. Did 4 resets already. One in October. Should I let Samsung reflash. Can phone be reflashed without sending it off to Samsung. Mahalo
