I am glad to show you my new application 'NetApps Watcher'.
It is a user-friendly application which lists applications connected to the Internet from your smartphone, so you can easily control if suspicious or useless applications consume data from your 3G/4G package. You will be able to stop or uninstall these applications.
More than that, you will be able to control system applications if your smartphone is rooted.
