I was just wondering would enabling screen never sleep on my xperia z3 cause screen burn if I left a still image (a digital clock for example) to happen? I've been tempted to do it for a while to use my phone as a bedside cclock when charging but I'm worried about screen burn.

It would take a long time. A long, long time. The Z3 screen is an LCD so it's nowhere near as likely to have this happen as an OLED screen.

Definitely. It would take months for burn-in to show on an LCD screen.
