Crystal issue

I’m now at level 2-25 going to stage 3-1 of the DWP Story mode. But I got lost by Transformation Demon then, the game asked me if I want to continue the battle but it will cost me 5 Crystals so I refused it. I want to try again and finish the stage, but sad to say I already consumed my 10 Controllers, it s**cks!!! Why? It only means I need to wait for about 10mins just to get 1 controller. Then curiosity strikes me! Well, I know we have an option to Buy controllers in the Shop but why the game allow users to buy new controllers using Crystals, I think that would be better.

Yes, most of games allow users to get stamina using Gems, jewels or crystals, but unfortunately, the Dot warriors pair didn’t allow users to get controllers using their crystals. Maybe because this is the marketing strategy of the developer. We don’t have any option to get controllers, but by purchasing it to Shop. Even though they give 4 controllers after we’d watch a game advertisement. That's the sad part

BTW I want to share my level and hero stat.

I'm on the Stage 3 of the storyline, I think level 17 or 18.
I have Triple Bronze Star Hero.
