Samsung Announces Over 10 Million Sales of The Galaxy Note
While that number fails in comparison to the 10 million Galaxy S3 devices sold in less than 2 months, it’s still pretty damn impressive. It would appear that Samsung managed to sell about 1 million Notes per month, and considering the Note didn’t get the marketing push of the GS3, and that it was more or less a hybrid phone/tablet experiment, that number certainly isn’t bad. Not only does it prove there’s a market for such a device, but it also makes the release of the Note 2 that much more interesting.
If Sammy releases the Note 2 and gives it the same celebrity treatment that the Galaxy S3 is receiving, they could very well have another hybrid hit on their hands.
What do you guys think of the Note? I wasn’t crazy about it at first, but it’s growing on me the more I see them. Could you imagine buying one, or is it somehow still too “awkward”?

Same as me bro. Waiting patiently on the next Nexus phone/phones. So happy with my Galaxy Nexus. I can hold off a few months....I think :-)
Hmmm, seriously considering it. Want to see the next Nexus (or Nexi? Lol) first though. But for me, at this point, anything less than a 5 inch screen won't do it for me.
Also, I get a new phone every 2 years or so (i figure my note has another year as my primary phone). But if I like what I see in the SGN2, my SGS (my secondary line) will finally retire and its gonna be 2 SGNotes for me. Haha

Seriously though, got my SGNote as soon as it was available in the PH. Loved from the moment I saw it. The 2 weeks I was without it (bricked it flashing, the whole emmc bug snafu) and I had to revert to my SGS made me realize how much I enjoy using it. BUT Samsung PH honored the warranty (new motherboard) AND their tech rooted and installed a safe kernel for me on the side. So only Sammy phones for me from here on in.
I have one and it is not for sale ...
