Samsung Galaxy S4 Press Shots Leaked (Rumor)

Edwin Kee

Now the Samsung Galaxy S4 that you see above could very well just be a rumor, but you know for sure that many people would still latch onto it and hope that it is the real deal in the end. After all, isn’t the successor to the current Samsung flagship smartphone worth writing home about?

There is no way to verify that the image above is the next high end model that will continue from where the Galaxy S3 left off, but the design does seem to resemble not only the Galaxy S3, but the Galaxy Premier rather closely as well, which ups the authenticity factor along the way.

Using our powers of observation, it seems that the alleged Samsung Galaxy S4 will ditch its home button, which means it will fully rely on on-screen buttons, where many have said that this is the future of smartphone use. Not only that, the bezel circling the device is also far thinner, while you will most probably be treated to a 5” Full HD resolution Super AMOLED display.

Other whispered specifications that have been bandied about include a Exynos 5450 Quad-Core processor that has been clocked at a speedy 2.0GHz, a Mali-T658 GPU to keep it company, 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel shooter at the back and a 2-megapixel shooter in front, and Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean right out of the box.

Still, until something official comes out from Samsung, we will not be able to verify whether the above is real or not. What do you think?

Bullshit, ditching the dedicated home button an the menu an return soft keys are ridiculous. The soft keys are the biggest advantage that samsung (android) has over apple products. An losing the dedicated home button is like throwing away a ton of features that can be accessed by multiple taps. The phone is a powerhouse but if they drop the home button an soft keys I will probably stick with my trusty galaxy s3. An you probably will see a lot of these phones going up for sale for the same reason.
