Samsung Galaxy S4:What the hey?Different Processors for US and Europe?
Last time I heard, it seemed as if Samsung was building a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 into its flagship device. However, there's now the first indication, that Samsung might employ different processors in the S4 model for different sides of the Atlantic.
Rick Hsu, an analyst from the JP investors group, commented in a memo to his clients, which providing some information about the release date of the Samsung Galaxy S4 in New York. According to the brokerage firm, an S4 built with an Exynos 5 Octa will be produced for the European market. On the other hand, the model destined for the US will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor.
As of yet, there has been no official confirmation of this on the part of Samsung, therefore the stream of rumours continues to flow.
