Beta-Test the New Facebook Android App

Authored by: Steven Blum — May 31, 2011

Facebook is soon releasing a new version of their Android app and they want you to help them test test it. The new version of the Facebook app for Android promises a bunch of bug fixes, video uploads, pages, and an improved news feed with comment-liking. Click here to sign up.

Like the rest of the world, we use Facebook constantly on our computer but have been a bit underwhelmed by the functionality of the Android app. We think the photo stream at the bottom is silly and useless, we miss the ability to tag our friends in photos, and we'd like to see who liked our posts and pictures, not just how many people did so.

But certainly the new features mentioned above are a nice start. Hopefully we'll receive a new Beta version of the app and have a review for you soon!
