If you've been waiting to take advantage of the latest version of Android, now you can!
Although there's no official Android 5.0 Lollipop update available for the handset, a ported ROM is available that can be installed. Yes, it's been done again: CyanogenMod brings Android 5.0 Lollipop update to Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo. As this is not an official release, there are a couple of issues with this build of Android 5.0 Lollipop. Installing the update is a simple matter of downloading the ROM from the XDA Developers Forum along with GAPPS. Copy the files to your SD card, boot into recovery mode, and you're ready to flash!
