Sit up has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 120 situps .
Sit-up is a great exercise to streghten your core and get that sixpack you have always dreamed of. Sit-up is commonly used in many fitness tests.
