The LG Optimus L7 is a compact smartphone, and is part of LG's entry-level "L" series. It was presented at the MWC in March 2012 and arrived in July with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Since then the Optimus L7 has received an update to Android 4.1.2 Jellybean. It has a dual-core 1 GHz processor, a 4.3-inch touchscreen and a 5 megapixel camera, as well as 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal memory with a microSD slot and a 1,700 mAh Smart Battery. The successor to the Optimus L7 is the L7 II, which came on the market in the summer of 2013.
