The Motorola XOOM was the first tablet from Motorola, and also the first with Android 3.0 Honeycomb. It was introduced in 2011, featuring a 10.1-inch capacitive screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The dual-core processor is an Nvidia Tegra 2. The XOOM can record Full-HD video playback at 1080p, has a 5-megapixel camera and a front camera for video conferencing. Android 3.0 Honeycomb has been optimized specifically for tablets and offers many features and updated applications that make advantageous use of the larger screen compared to smartphones.
