First sightings of the Galaxy S5 Active, Samsung's more rugged version of the 2014 flagship, appeared in some hands-on video on YouTube on May 21st 2014, showing off a hard-shell chassis with hardware buttons as opposed to soft keys and a 1080p AMOLED display. The camera shoots with the same 16 MP as the S5. It will likely run with a Snapdragon 801 processor, clocked at 2.46 GHz and 2GB of RAM. The device will come with Android 4.4.2. We can expect the S5 Active to be officially released in the near future and this description will be updated.
