There are some rumors that it is very close to release, possibly this week or next week. If they are going to release it in Q4 though, they have to do it before the end of September.

Q4 is the 4th quarter of 2010, so the months of October, November, and December. I meant to say Q3 (which would be July, August, September), as Motorola said they would be pushing the update out in late Q3.
