Here is the review of Android 2.2 tablet which was launched by Nowsupplier a few days ago. Article on Slatedroid.com have reported this before.

Well, Nowsupplier claimed that this tablet is the first Android 2.2 tablet in the market. Though Nowsupplier is a shopping site, it declared that this tablet produced by their own design team and factory. Basic specs. as following:
ANDROID 2.2
ARM CORTEX A8 600MHz
Memory for OS: 2/4G FLASH , 2/4G DDR
...

It seems it's truely an Android 2.2 tablet. It's a little bit of pity that this tablet is not coming from famous brand. Well, anyway, the price is attractive for Android 2.2 tablet.

It may possibly have beaten the Samsung Galaxy Tab onto the market by a day or so, but judging from the reactions in the thread you linked to, the device's quality is questionable. The translation of the product's specification is very lacking and I am left doubtful of the trustworthiness and performance of the device.
