Need a little help here ladies and gentlemen

Hey everyone, ive got rooted phone with no mod. I was doing cyanogen mod but some apps were not working well, Navigator specifically. Buy anyways, when i went back to stock mod its telling me I have an OTA update, but everytime I try to download it gets 25% thru and just stops. I did the easy root app, so i unrooted and tried update, still no luck, so I quickly went back to root. Know this update, keeps showing up on my phone and its kinda starting to piss me off. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks all

What is the name of the update which you are trying to download. Have you looked around inside XDA Developers yet to see if anyone else has this problem?

I went ahead an reinstalled cyanogen mod and all seems to be working well, but know I have a new problem, somehow I have replaced the home/apps center button with the freakin clock, so know I cant get to my apps and I dont know how to change it back. Any suggestions?
