Hi there, sorry to hear that your very disappointed with your device.

Have to tried to see if you can return your device and get another device that you can be happy with?

In most cases if you have your device less than 30 days, they'll normally atleast allow you to exhange your device for another device that you can be happy with,

Did you get your device at walmart pay as you go plan? if you do, i would high tail (pardon the words.lol) back to wally world and get Tmobile to replace your device. -_-

Iether way, my suggestion is try to bring your device to where you bought it and see if you can get another device that you can be happy with.-_-

Yeah, the citrus is basically a low-end Android phone. The big differences in performance of Android phones is one of the platforms biggest strengths and one of its biggest problems.
