Hi! I've created an android app called PalPal to read Facebook & Twitter. You can check out more details on android market page. org.dyndns.warenix.palpal.free
Three features I'd like to highlight are:
1. the use of original images whenever possible.
2. ability to remember your last read tweets or facebook feed
3. ability to choose a preview image when sharing a link to facebook.
