how to change.directory for apps from phone to sdcard because my phone always shown memory is full

It is really hard to move apps to the SD card from phone memory and this is the number one complaint for many Android user- including me. You may just have to root the device and then install App2SD.

However, if you have Froyo, you can also try to make your phone put apps on the SD Card by default instead.

or you can use Link2SD - as I wrote in your other thread.
Without root it is not possible on SE x10
