How Do I Find Out If I am in the Top 5% of users in bandwith?

So everyone is talking about Verizon and AT&T throttling the unlimited data plans for the most active users, but how do I know that I am in that category?? Anyone know??

hi I work in tech support for one of those carriers. you'll get a text alerting you if you have been throttled.

Exactly. I normally get an sms saying that I ve been throttled as well.
