I have had my ChaCha for a week now. All was ok until this evening...I lift my phone, try to turn the volume down and nothing was happening. Then I noticed it said "safe mode" in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
Tried to restore it to factory settings but buttons still don't work. So are the buttons to blame?
Anyway, if I could find a fix that'd be great. I recently went over my 14-day return...
