Problems finding a suitable app...

Hello everyone! Im looking for an app that would allow for a specific language to be attached to a specific contact. I write sms and emails in three different languages, and I would love for the language to change automatically when I choose a contact. Is there one around? Or could you possibly redirect me to somewhere where I can suggest this to an developer.
