How to delete applications from the computer?

I was putting my phone on lock down real quick, before I gave my phone to my friend, so they couldn't read my messages. I went to my GO SMS app, and went to secruity, to change my password. I changed the password, wrote it down, checked to see if I wrote it down right and I did. So then, I press "Apply Globally" which applied to all applications. After that, it keeps saying the password is incorrect whenever I type it in! And, now it won't let me use the settings on my phone to delete it. I was wondering if there was any way to delete it on the computer via SMS.
